"PicMould" Account Cancellation Instructions

Important: Before you cancel your PicMould account, please fully read, understand and agree to the following matters.

Special note: Cancelling a PicMould account is an irreversible operation. Except for the information you have authorized to provide to a third party, you will no longer be able to use this PicMould account or retrieve any content or information you browsed, edited, added, or bound after canceling your account (even if you use the same email address/Google ID/Apple ID to register and use PicMould again).

"PicMould" refers to the client application and official website named "PicMould" legally owned and operated by Guangzhou Chuansheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we"), and also includes the software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) provided by us to third-party platforms and applications for use, and other products that provide services to users in the name of PicMould.

PicMould Account means the credential you create in accordance with the "PicMould User Service Terms" for you to log in and use "PicMould" and related services as a registered user.

Cancellation Instructions

Please ensure that the PicMould account you are applying to cancel is the account you created in accordance with the "PicMould User Service Terms" and provided to you by us. You should cancel your PicMould account in accordance with the procedures we specify or the prompts on the website.

It is recommended that you back up the information and data related to the PicMould account before deregistering, and please confirm that all services related to this PicMould account have been properly handled. After the deregistration is completed, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations). Please be aware and understand that according to relevant laws and regulations, the relevant log records will be retained for no less than 6 months.

Please confirm that there are no assets or virtual rights in the account. You understand and agree that if you choose to cancel the PicMould account, it is deemed that you agree to give up the assets, virtual rights and other property interests you obtained before the cancellation of the PicMould account procedure is completed, and you will not be able to continue to use or dispose of the aforementioned rights. You understand and agree that you will give up all assets or rights in the PicMould account (including income that has been generated but not consumed or expected in the future), and we cannot assist you in restoring the above services, nor can we retrieve any content or information related to the PicMould account.

1. We deeply regret your decision to cancel your PicMould account. If you still decide to cancel your account, your PicMould account must meet the following conditions at the same time:

1.1 The account is in a safe state: the account has not been stolen, banned, or in any other abnormal state.
1.2 The account property has been settled and the transaction has been completed: there are no assets, debts, outstanding funds and virtual rights, and there are no unfinished or disputed services in this account and the third parties connected through this account.
1.3 The PicMould account has no disputes, including complaints or reports, and all services have been completed or voluntarily abandoned.

2. After canceling your PicMould account, you will not be able to log in or use this PicMould account, nor will you be able to retrieve any content or information in this PicMould account or related to the account, including but not limited to:

2.1 Identity information, account information (including but not limited to avatar, nickname, profile) and other information you submit.
2.2 The browsing, editing, downloading, template and other data generated when you use PicMould products and related services.
2.3 The texts, images, materials, templates and other contents published by you using this PicMould account (unless you have made special agreement with PicMould), as well as the content data generated by the aforementioned contents.
2.4 All the products and related services or third-party services (if any) you used through this PicMould account will not be able to be retrieved. You will no longer be able to log in and use the above services. The property interests such as assets or virtual rights obtained through the above services will be deemed to be abandoned by you and will not be able to continue to use them. You understand and agree that we cannot assist you in restoring the above services.
2.5 The rewards, earnings, records and other information in the PicMould account will be invalidated and deleted.

3. Cancellation of your PicMould account will result in the termination of our services to you, and the rights and obligations of both parties as agreed upon in the "PicMould User Service Terms" and "PicMould Privacy Agreement" will be terminated, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or other terms on this page cannot be terminated or cannot be terminated due to its nature.

4. During the cancellation period of your PicMould account, if your account is banned or involved in disputes, including but not limited to: complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, state agency investigations, etc., you understand and agree that we have the right to decide whether to terminate the cancellation of this account at our own discretion without obtaining your consent.

5. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect or discover that the same real-name information account has or may be repeatedly registered or cancelled in order to obtain illegal benefits in marketing activities, carry out malicious diversion or deception and fraud, or other illegal and irregular activities, we have the right to limit the frequency of cancellation applications for the relevant account, and take measures such as restricting all or part of the functions of the account depending on the circumstances.

6. Cancelling this PicMould account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of this PicMould account are exempted or reduced.

7. The specific time for cancelling the PicMould account is subject to the confirmation of the cancellation of the relevant product page. Before the PicMould account is officially cancelled, if you log in to the PicMould account again or contact us and choose to give up cancelling the PicMould account, the cancellation process will be terminated.
